“The thermocouple was out on our water heater, so we couldn't light the pilot and had no hot water. I called Pacific Coast Plumbing at 7 this morning. They called back within 10 minutes. We had some back and forth texts to determine the problem. They got back to me and gave me a window of 1-3 PM. The tech showed up early and was done by 1 PM. Then he stayed 15 more minutes to make sure the water heated up. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and they fixed my problem quickly. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs”
